1. Scope of the Agreement, Product Information and Prices
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in the Online Store.
1.2. The Online Store reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on www.wrapinwool.lv. Orders placed before changes come into force are governed by the Terms valid at the time of purchase.
1.3. Product prices are displayed next to each item and do not include shipping costs.
1.4. All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
1.5. Payments are made by settling an invoice issued by the seller and sent to the buyer’s provided email address. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature. Or you can pay for your order using PayPal.
1.6. The Online Store reserves the right to adjust prices. If an order has been placed before a price change, the price stated on the invoice at the time of order applies.
1.7. Shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method.
1.8. Product information is provided directly next to each product in the Online Store.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. To place an order, the buyer must add selected products to the shopping cart, complete the required information fields, and choose a delivery method.
2.2. The purchase agreement becomes effective once the payment has been received in the seller’s bank account.
2.3. If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to unavailability or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days.
3. Delivery and Transfer of Goods
3.1. Orders are delivered via Latvian Post services.
3.2. Shipping costs are added to the order total according to the selected delivery method and pricing listed in the Online Store.
3.3. In-person collection is possible only by prior agreement regarding time and location.
3.4. Upon receiving the product, the buyer must ensure it matches the order and is in suitable condition.
3.5. To retain the right of withdrawal, the product may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, similar to inspection in a physical store. Original packaging and tags must be preserved.
3.6. If the buyer receives an incorrect or defective product, or if the item arrives damaged, the buyer must contact the seller immediately via email.
3.7. The seller is responsible for the product during transportation. Risk transfers to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
4.2. Returned products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact. The seller reserves the right to assess compliance with these requirements.
4.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
4.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the return is due to a product not conforming to the contract (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
4.5. Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the returned product has been received.
4.6. If the buyer selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered by the seller, the additional cost will not be refunded.
4.7. The seller reserves the right to deduct compensation for diminished value if returned products are damaged, missing packaging, or tags.
5. Personal Data Processing

5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
5.3. Only personal data necessary for order processing and delivery is collected and processed.
5.4. Personal data may be shared with payment service providers and delivery partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
5.5. Personal data is stored for the period required by applicable legal regulations.
5.6. The Online Store uses cookies to improve user experience and website functionality.
