Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the delivery method selected by the customer. Wrap IN Wool offers the following shipping options:

• European Union - €10 (shipping via Latvian Post)

• United Kingdom and Ireland - €15

• Canada, Taiwan, South Korea, Egypt, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, India - €18

• United States - €20

• Australia, Chile, Peru - €25

• Omniva - only Latvia - € 3.50

• (customs and import duties are included)

Terms & Responsibility

Wrap IN Wool is responsible for dispatching orders according to the shipping method selected by the customer.

• Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Wrap IN Wool is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the chosen shipping carrier.

• Wrap IN Wool is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by postal or courier services; however, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier where possible.

• In case the ordered item is not available after payment has been received, Wrap IN Wool will contact the customer within 3 business days to arrange an exchange or a full refund.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wrap IN Wool is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
