Shipping costs depend on the destination and the delivery method selected by the customer. Wrap IN Wool offers the following shipping options:

Canada, Taiwan, South Korea – €18
(customs and import duties are included)

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the chosen shipping carrier.

Wrap IN Wool is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by postal or courier services; however, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier where possible.

In case the ordered item is not available after payment has been received, Wrap IN Wool will contact the customer within 3 business days to arrange an exchange or a full refund.
